ORDER & DELIVERY
SEARCH BY PRODUCT
Enter the keyword in the search box on the top navigation bar to automatically display all related products.
To the left of the product list you will find a bar with search filter options. You can refine the search by categories, collection or other criteria. You can also use multiple filters simultaneously.
If the search does not produce any results, first check the keyword entered. If this does not resolve the problem, you can contact our customer service .
ORDERING PROCESS
You can consult our entire product offering, without obligation. If you already know exactly what you are looking for, you can view the list of categories or use the search function. If you're looking for inspiration, take a look at the "CLOTHING" page.
If you have selected an item, choose the color and size then click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button. If you need help choosing the right size, use the size chart. Click on the “SHOPPING BASKET” link at the top left of the page to check the items chosen. Once you have confirmed the item for purchase, you will be asked to send your order through a customer account or without a customer account. We recommend sending the order through a customer account which offers you many advantages. In the next steps you need to enter your personal data and choose the payment method and delivery method.
The last step displays an overview of your order. There you can check all order information and possibly modify it. After sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

ORDER BY EMAIL,
We only accept orders sent through the YASSOUA Online Store. We cannot accept orders by email, letter or fax. At this time, our customer service is not accepting orders.
OTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS
In the YASSOUA Online Store you can choose a delivery address different from the billing address. You can have it delivered to the office or have it delivered to a friend. In this case, the invoice is not attached to the package, but sent to the billing address.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to modify orders that have already been confirmed or delivered.
After receiving the order confirmation, you can unfortunately no longer cancel the order. However, items can be returned within 5 days of receipt of the goods. For any other questions, please contact our customer service.
SHIPPING TRACKING
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with delivery details and a tracking number.
If you have created an account in the YASSOUA Online Store, you can view and track delivery under the My Account section. Even if you haven't registered yet, you can track your order. We recommend, however, that you register in order to track your orders more easily in the future.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We work closely with our partner carriers to minimize the possible effects of delivery delays. However, we sometimes have to check your details with your credit card issuer before we can send you your purchases.
We do our best to reduce delays as much as possible. The delivery time begins with the acceptance of your order and includes a 24-hour period during which your items are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this process may take longer during Sales or other periods when there are many orders to process.
INSURANCE
Insurance against theft and transport accidents covers all our items during delivery. This insurance is valid during delivery until the delivery address and receipt of the order.
If you notice upon receipt that the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery or note on the receipt of the goods that the packaging was defective.
