Please note that the sizes of all YASSOUA products are indicated according to Italian sizes. All products are labeled in Italian sizes.

You will find a size table on each product page. This table will be helpful in choosing the right size and converting French and EU sizes to other national formats.

And don't forget: If you still choose the wrong size, you have the option of exchanging the item.

All items you see on the YASSOUA Online Store are in stock. However, some sizes or colors may be out of stock at the time of your choice as we only maintain limited stock. In this case, you no longer have the option to choose the size or color in question.

Note that when you place an item in your basket, it can be purchased by another customer, as long as you have not validated your order.

At this time, it is not possible for us to offer a repair service.

However, if an item purchased on our Online Store has manufacturing defects, you can return it to us within 5 days of purchase.

The YASSOUA online store accepts the following payment methods:

(i) Credit card

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa. Your card will only be charged when your order leaves our warehouse. If paying by PayPal, the amount will be debited on the day of the order. When you return items, the amount will be credited back to your bank account.

Your credit card data is encrypted by our system using 128-Bit-SSL technology. These high security standards ensure that a credit card purchase takes place in complete security at YASSOUA. Under no circumstances are your data accessible to third parties.

In addition, credit card numbers are secured by the international 3-D Secure standard. By using the Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ procedures, the cardholder has the option of protecting the transaction with a personalized password known only to him or her. As soon as you have sent your order, your bank requests the password using a bank form. This protects your card from fraud attempts by unauthorized third parties.

The prices we display on our European pages are gross prices, i.e. VAT is already included. In the European Union, other taxes or customs duties are not payable. VAT is displayed separately during Checkout.
